By vertically integrating the design and construction phases, our Design + Build service streamlines the landscaping process, reducing delays, minimizing miscommunication, and ensuring efficiency.
When you first contact us, we will collect your landscaping ideas and landscape design from you. We also collect your contact information.
Next, we will schedule an initial consultation with you. During this consultation, we will discuss information about the landscaping services we provide and how we can tailor our services to your solution. It shows you our commitment to the attention to detail it takes to bring your landscape vision to life.
If after discussing your specific needs you decide to proceed with a design plan, our highly talented and creative landscape designer will prepare a proposal for design services and submit it to you for approval. You must then return the signed proposal to our office with a retainer fee to begin the design process.
Once you approve the design, we will prepare a proposal for the installation of your new landscape. When we receive the signed contract and deposit, we will schedule the job and order materials. Work typically begins within two to eight weeks of contract acceptance, depending on the weather and the time of year.
Our landscape designer and/or project manager will meet with you on-site to walk through the completed landscape. Any items that require attention will be noted and will be promptly resolved.
